Excellent Beachfront Stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered excellent choices with food quality on par with other luxury hotels. The rooms were very clean and amenities well stocked it was perfect.
The gym costs extra per guest per visit however it barely has equipment.

The resort features a beachfront restaurant named Sea Salt this restaurant provides guests with delicious meals and fine ocean views during dining. The hotel included super clean facilities from the lobby area to the fitness center.

overcrowded beachconstant vendors
the beach in front of the hotel was overcrowded. vendors constantly approached me. i couldn't relax without being asked for money every ten minutes (it was so annoying!). the hotel did nothing to manage this constant hassling. this created chaotic beach environment, beach hassle.

i found the customer service at the hotel excellent. the staff was well trained and very nice. icy, the receptionist, allowed us to have an early check-in. she also gave us complimentary welcome chocolates, a very cheerful gesture.
i encountered some issues . amenities like bath gel were not provided until requested. the boxes in the bathroom were empty except for the toothbrush. i did not like that there was no initiative from the front desk when i forgot my ids at check in.
